Watch Live: Football game to be video-cast; additional game day information

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 15, 2009) – Occidental College recently signed on with KADYtv to broadcast numerous sporting events throughout the year. If you can’t make it out to watch the Tigers in person, be sure to tune in and watch the live video broadcasts, which will begin this Saturday evening as the No. 21 Tigers host the No. 14 Linfield College Wildcats on D.W. Patterson Field.
While KADYtv will be responsible for the camera set-up and video feeding, the Tigers’ very own play-by-play caller Craig Dunkin, along with Tim and Kevin Walsh, will be providing the audio to viewers.
Occidental and Linfield will be meeting for the first time during the regular season after twice (’04 and ‘05) facing off during post-season play.
Entering the game both teams are 1-0. In the Tigers’ season opener they shutout Menlo College 17-0 in Atherton, Calif. before a bye week last weekend. The Wildcats kicked their season off by upsetting the No. 4 Hardin-Simmons Cowboys 37-22 in McMinnville, Ore. [Full preview]
Prior to the game, Occidental will host their annual Meet the Coaches event on the turn of the Bill Henry Track, while Linfield will host a pre-game BBQ on the Central Quad.
