2018 Oxy Invitational Final Meet Information
The Oxy Invitational primarily serves as a last chance qualifier for NCAA Division III athletes. All meet management decisions will be made with their best interests in mind.

Jack Kemp Stadium has a Rekortan 8 lane track -1/4” pyramid spikes requested. The hammer and javelin will take place on upper campus. The upper athletic fields are approximately half a mile from the track stadium. The javelin will be thrown from a grass runway. Shuttles to the upper fields from the stadium will be provided for athletes, coaches, and officials only. Spectators will be responsible for their own transportation. Shuttles will leave from the south-east end of the stadium bleachers (near the concessions stand). For a map of the campus, please click here.
Limited parking is available on campus. Street parking is available near Jack Kemp Stadium.
Athletes and coaches may enter through the participant’s gates near the start of the 100m. All spectators must enter through the top gate of the stadium, there is a $5 entrance fee for spectators. Entrance for anyone with an Oxy ID isfree. No spectators or non-participating athletes or coaches will be allowed on the infield.
All athletes competing in running events are asked to check-in at the white clerk’s tents (near the athlete entrance) at least 20 minutes prior to the start of their event. Running event athletes are encouraged to check in earlyand can check in at any time. Field event athletes check-in at your event site 20 minutes prior to the start of the first flight of your event.
College/University Entry Fees
All colleges/universities are required to pay their entry fees at the white tent near to the athlete entrance (adjacent to the check-in tents) as soon as they arrive.
Sorry, there will be NO REFUNDS for scratches.
All horizontal jumps and throws athletes will get 4 attempts.
High Jump - Men at 1.80m (5’10.75"), Women at 1.45m (4'9")
Pole Vault - Men at 3.95m (12'11.5"), Women at 2.95m (9’8”)
The high jump bar will be raised in 5cm increments until 2.00m for men and 1.60m for women and then 3 cm increments thereafter. The pole vault bar will be raised in 15cm increments until 4.85m for men and 3.70m for women and then 5cm increments thereafter.
Implements for all throwing events will be weighed in from9:30 AM – 1:30 PM on the west side of the track (near the Athletic Training Room).
Athletic Training Room Resources:
Athletic trainers will be available. Please bring your ownathletic training kit.
Fully automatic timing services will be provided by RoyalResults. Live results may be found at http://www.royalresults.com/liveresults/. Results will be available online at oxyathletics.com and TFRRS.org after the meet concludes and will also be posted on the board by the tennis courts during the meet.
