Oxy Track and Field Teams Beat ULV, Fall to Redlands

LA VERNE — The Occidental men's and women's track and field teams continued SCIAC competition with their second Dual Meet of the season at La Verne on Saturday. Both Oxy squads beat La Verne and lost to good Redlands teams.

"We competed really well, but the result didn't quite go our way," Oxy head coach Rob Bartlett said. "It was just one of those days where we got beat by a good team. I'm proud of how we fought hard to the finish."
