THOUSAND OAKS — Nicolas Lipari had two goals, two assists and four steals, and Cian Concannon and Elijah Havens each scored two goals in a 11-9 loss at Cal Lutheran on Saturday.
Cal Lutheran went on a 3-1 run lasting from the last minute of the third quarter through the end of the fourth quarter to edge Oxy.
"I'm proud of our effort today," Oxy head coach Jack Stabenfeldt said. "We competed and countered hard for four quarters. Defensively, we battled in the second half and put ourselves in a position to score big goals. I'm excited about our growth and know that we're on the right path."
Alexander Zim and Jason Teng each had one goal and one assist, Joseph Cox had three assists, and Alex Marlott had a goal.
Cal Lutheran was led by Matt Fong who had three goals and one assist.
Next Game: The Tigers are back in action for their final home game of the season against Whittier on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
