Occidental defeated Cal Lutheran in an all out, physical, defensive battle. The Tigers played some of their most intense man to man defense of the season to take a 21-13 lead at halftime. The Kingsmen fought back to take a 38-37 lead with 1:30 left in the game. Senior Nick Mills stepped up with the biggest play of his career making a spectacular one on one move from the
high post. Senior Justin Zebb iced the victory with two clutch free throws.

The win puts the Tigers in a tie for first place with Cal Lutheran with 9-2 records. Redlands is right behind with an 8-3 record.
