LOS ANGELES, Calif. — The Occidental College men's water polo team will open the 2011 season at the Inland Empire Classic, hosted by the University of Redlands and University of La Verne on September 10-11. Occidental will play four games over the weekend, with all matches held at Las Flores Park in La Verne.

On day one of the tournament, Oxy will take on the University of La Verne at 10:30am, followed by Long Beach State University at 3 p.m. Day two will feature two more contests for the Tigers, with a morning match at 11:30 a.m. against Concordia

University, followed by Whittier College at 3:15pm.
