Redlands, CA — The Occidental Men's Water Polo team took control over their game against Fresno Pacific University on Sunday. Christian Guillaume (Ventura, CA) initiated the scoring streak with help from Nate Fisher (LaGrange, IL). Then, Jarrod Norton (Chula Vista, CA) seconded that. During the second quarter, Guillaume striked again with assistance from Shea Grosz (Lafayette, CA). Cian Conannon (Mill Valley, CA) deposited a shot from set with a great pass from Oliver Wilkins (Seattle, WA). Norton sealed the deal during a penalty shot, keeping the Tigers intensity up. Norton didn't end there. He scored again with assistance from Tate Miller (San Anselmo, CA). To wrap up the second quarter, Guillaume and Fisher added two points to the Tiger's board. Aiden Cawley (Chicago, CA) scored back-to-back goals during powerplays to start off the third quarter. Then Norton added another point during a penalty shot again. Following shortly after, Fisher hit the back of the net with help from Dominic Rios (Redlands, CA). At the immediate start of the fourth quarter, the Tigers went on a five goal streak with Keegan Klein (Bellevue, WA), Travis Hughes (Corte Madera, CA), Hayden Comerford (Honolulu, HI), Grosz and Fisher finding perfect shots with two of the assists awarded to Kellen Radtkey (Santa Barbara, CA) and Grosz. On the defensive side of the game, the Tigers drew fifteen ejections against Fresno Pacific. The Tigers also fired up the steals, with Rios taking three and Fisher taking two.
