Whittier, CA – The Occidental women's volleyball team traveled to Whittier College on Friday night to start off their Fall Break on the road. Oxy fell in three sets with set cores of 25-17, 25-13, and 26-24. Despite the loss, the team showed they could compete against Whittier with their performance in the final set.
Lizzy Kerman led the team with 9.5 points earned with eight kills, a block solo, and a block assist. Kerman also picked up the most assists for the team with 10. Katelyn Cajigas followed with six kills. Skye Garcia was the leader in aces with two and digs with 13.
