Los Angeles, CA — The Occidental Men's Water Polo team went up against CMS this weekend before playing their annual alumni game. Aiden Cawley (Chicago, IL) found the back of the net first for the Tigers with help from Tate Miller (San Anselmo, CA). Then, the Tigers were held up by CMS until the end of the third quarter, when Travis Hughes (Corte Madera, CA) scored with help from Lars Schubert. In the fourth quarter, Christian Guillaume (Ventura, CA) shot and scored with the assist from Schubert again. Then, Hughes scored, with help from T. Miller. With less than one minute in the game, Cawley beat the goalie on a powerplay with help from T. Miller. On defense, the Tigers drew ten exclusions, Guillaume drawing five, and had twelve steals. Final Score: 22-5 CMS.
Nick Kennedy, Cristian Pang, Hassen Hove, and Luke Weigle led CMS with three goals each.
