Los Angeles, CA — Men's basketball hosted the Cal Miramar University Fighting Falcons on Friday December 13th for a non-conference game in Rush Gym.

The Tigers defeated the Fighting Falcons by a score of 101-69 in their earlier match up this season on November 23rd. 

In tonight's match up with Cal Miramar, the Tigers got off to a quick start and never looked back, defeating CMU by a score of 114-41.

The Tigers shared the ball well in this game with 5 Tigers scoring in double figures including Alex McCleery Brown, Nasir Luna, Nicky Clotfelter, Henry Wilson, and Ethan Hanning. 

McCleery Brown led the way with 22 points and he also totaled 11 rebounds and 3 assists. Micah Breaux was finding the open man all game long, totaling 7 assists in the contest. 

The Tigers shot an impressive 58.6% from the field including 47.6% on their 3-point attempts, and held the Fighting Falcons to a 2.7% shooting percentage and a 16.7 3-point percentage. 

Oxy will be in action in Rush Gym again on Thursday, December 19th against the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons.
