CLAREMONT, Calif. – Men's and women's cross country competed at the SCIAC Championships on Saturday, November 1. The women's team placed third – the team's best finish since 2019 – and the men's team finished in sixth.
WOMEN'S RACE
The Tigers placed third, only behind SCOAC Champion Claremont-M-S and Pomona-Pitzer. All Tigers scorers finished within the top 25 and
Jenna LeNay paced the bunch in 17
th. LeNay earned her fourth-consecutive All-SCIAC selection – this time on the second team, she finishes her conference career as a four-time All-SCIAC selection, picking up first team distinction twice.
Anya Agha closely followed LeNay in 23
rd, just three spots outside of an All-SCIAC finish.
Jade Weggeman,

Azura Munson rounded out the Tigers' scorers. All finishing within ten spots of each other, Weggeman placed 26
th, Cover in 28

MEN'S RACE
Jack Elfenbaum earned his best finish at a SCIAC Championship, placing fourth, earning First Team All-SCIAC honors. Elfenbaum completed the course in 25:13.7, 21 seconds off of a personal record.
The Tigers next four runners hovered around the middle of the pack, helping the Tigers clinch a sixth-place finish.
Noe Barraza led that bunch in 39
