High School: Attended Palos Verdes High School... played for the Sea Kings under coach guy Gardner... honors include the Student Athlete Award, Coaches Award, All Bay League, and All Star Lions Game.

Personal: David was born in Bellflower, California. He is the son of Blanca and John Hernandez... has two brothers, John Jr. and Zeke, as well as two sisters, Christina and Melissa.
