Facility rentals typically require a minimum of 10 business days to schedule and contract. All first-time inquiries must complete a Rental Application.
Please note: Occidental College athletic facilities are not available for personal rental or individual use. All facility rentals must be made through a business or organization that carries its own commercial general liability insurance. A $500.00 contract minimum applies to all athletic facility rentals. This minimum may be met through a single or multiple date reservation, but must total at least $500 in athletic facility rental fees. Additional costs, such as staffing, equipment rentals, or other service fees do not count toward the contract minimum.
Due to the ever changing nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, external rentals are being reviewed and scheduled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to cancellation.
