At Oxy: Occidental College Dean's List...Chair-NCAA Student Athletic Advisory Committee

High School: Two-sport athlete in basketball and in baseball was a 3-Year-Varsity Letterman at Palos Verdes High School. As an incoming senior, he batted .400 with the following Club/Scout teams: Priority Outlaws, L.A. Rhinos/L.A. White Sox, and Poseidons; and was selected to the SBSB All Star Team. As catcher at PVHS his senior year, he was the #1 Stats Fielding Leader for the Bay League in 16 games, before his season ended. Received Coaches Award and High School Scholar/Athlete for Baseball. Earned several academic honors, including CIF Baseball Large School Team Academic Award-First Place, Sea King Scholar/Principal's Honor Roll, California Scholarship Federation Scholar, American Legion Boys' State Finalist, NEHS, and National Honors Society.
