2013: Team Captain and starting QB for the Tigers... Threw for 295 yards and three touchdowns in the Tigers season opener on the road against Pacific (Ore.) on Sept. 14... completed 25 of 34 passes for two touchdowns vs. Redlands on Oct. 5... 2012: Second Team All-SCIAC... Joined Andy Collins as the only Oxy quarterback to throw for at least 2,900 yards in a season... Named SCIAC Male Student-Athlete of the Week on Oct. 9 after throwing for 4 TDs in a 34-21 win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripps... Was 31-48 with 329 yards passing and a rushing touchdown against Pacific in his first start...completed 20-of-28 passes for 209 yards and one touchdown against NAIA Menlo...completed 31-of-56 passes for 268 yards and rusehd for a touchdown at Redlands...threw for 387 yards and 4 touchdowns in a 34-21 victory vs. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Oct. 6...completed 35 of 49 passes for 321 yards and four touchdowns at Chapman (Oct. 13)...went 25-for-44 with 268 yards and a touchdown at Cal Lutheran (Oct. 20)...completed 32 of 50 passes for 444 yards and four touchdowns vs.Whittier (Nov. 3)...
Previous College Experience: Edwards played two years at the Citadel and Sacramento State before transfering to Occidental in the Spring of 2012. The Sherman Oaks native threw eight touchdowns with four interceptions and had a quarterback rating of 80 in seven games.
During his freshman year with The Citadel, he completed 57 percent of his passes, averaged 147 passing yards per game and tossed six TDs.
He was also active in the team's ground game, carrying the ball 25 times.
At Sacramento St., he threw for 365 yards and two TDs in three games.
High School: Tommy was the quarterback at Ulysses S. Grant HS.
