2013: Named to the SCIAC All-Academic team for her fall season... Second Team All-SCIAC... One of Oxy's captain and the team's starting libero... Had at least 20 digs against St. Norbert, Coe and Scheiner... Had two aces against Coe... led the match with 69 digs at Whittier on Sept. 24... led the team with 11 digs vs. #5 Cal Lutheran on Sept. 27... led the match with 36 digs in a 3-2 comeback win over Pomona-Pitzer on Sept. 28... had 39 digs vs.  #21 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Oct. 4... recorded 28 digs in a 3-1 win at Redlands on Oct. 5... tallied 32 digs in a 3-2 win over Chapman on Oct. 8... had a match-high 35 rally-saving digs vs. UC Santa Cruz on Oct. 12... led the match with 24 digs vs. La Sierra on Oct. 12... recorded eight digs in a 3-0 win vs. Caltech on Oct. 15... had a match-high 24 digs in a 3-0 sweep of Whittier on Oct. 19... had a match-high 33 digs vs. Pomona-Pitzer on Oct. 25... tallied a match-high 23 digs in a 3-0 sweep of Redlands on Nov. 1... had a match-high 30 digs in a 3-2 win at Chapman (Nov. 2) in the final game of her career

2012: Named to Second-Team All-SCIAC...led the Tigers with 5.72 digs per set, also good for 29th in the country...collected 10 digs to go with 3 assists and 2 service aces against Grinnell on Sept. 8...tallied 36 digs and 3 assists at Chapman (Sept. 14)...had 8 digs at Whitter (Sept. 21)...finished with game-high 18 digs against Cal Lutheran (Sept. 22)...collected 12 digs and set up 5 kills against Pomona-Pitzer (Sept. 25)...collected 30 digs and 4 assists versus La Verne (Sept. 29)...tallied 10 digs vs. CMS (Sept. 29)...had a match-high 23 digs in a 3-0 win over Redlands (Oct. 3)...collected 15 digs in a sweep over Whittier (Oct. 9)...totaled match-high 33 digs at Cal Lutheran (Oct. 12)...had 15 digs and a service ace vs. Chapman (Oct. 16)...tied for match-high 13 digs vs. Cal State San Marcos (Oct. 19)...had match-high 26 digs to go along with four assists (Oct. 20)...

2011: As a sophomore, was awarded Second-Team All-SCIAC for her second year in a row, and was named to the West Region All-Tournament team. Madyson again led the SCIAC in digs, with an average of 5.59 per set, helping lead her team to the second round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs after winning the SCIAC tournament. She also led her team in digs, with a total of 586. 

2010: As a freshman libero for Oxy, Madyson led the SCIAC in digs with an average of 6.85 per set. She also led her team in digs, with a total of 622. She was awarded Second-Team All-SCIAC.

High School: Madyson Cassidy played two years of varsity volleyball at Arcadia High School in Arcadia, California. She earned the title of MVP her senior year, was All-Tournament Player for the Arcadia Invitational and was MVP of the LA Watts Tournament. She was named First Team All League her junior and senior years. She also received the Female Athlete Coach’s Academic Award her senior year at Arcadia High School along with being Rotary Athlete of the Month. Cassidy was team captain for both her club and school teams. Cassidy also attended the Junior Olympics her freshman year. She played club ball for four years and played for Club West Pasadena U18’s, coached by Mike Talamantes, her senior year.

Personal: Cassidy was born July 6, 1992. She has an older sister currently attending San Diego State University and an older brother teaching English in Japan, graduate of UCI. She is a Mathematics major. Cassidy started out playing club soccer and moved to basketball and eventually stumbled upon volleyball as her favorite sport. She has a very competitive nature which she exposes while playing volleyball.
