Briefly: Meghan is in her first yearplaying volleyball at Oxy, transferring from UCSB last Spring.
High School: Fruth graduated from AdolfoCamarillo High School in 2008 and played volleyball all four years.After playing on the Frosh/Soph team her freshman year, she becamea starting Varsity hitter for 3 years, playing OH and MB. She wasAll-League 2nd team sophomore and senior year, as well asAll-League Honorable Mention junior year. Her team went toCIF all 3 years and got to the second round of CIF during herjunior year. She was a part of the Ventura County All Star game hersenior year.
Club: Played for Wildcats Volleyball club for 2years, Point West volleyball club for 1 year and SpectrumVolleyball club for 1 year. While with Point West, her team placed15th in the Reno Volleyball Festival.
Personal: Meghan Fruth was born on March 17,1990 to Steven and Becky Fruth. She has a younger brother namedErik and she is a Sociology major. She is also a part of the Oxytrack team. In addition to track and volleyball, Meghan was anIrish Dancer for 10 years.
