Emma Barrow

Emma Barrow rejoins the Occidental women’s lacrosse staff for the 2026 season.

Barrow returns to Occidental after spending the 2025 season as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Lewis & Clark College. There, she supported player development and defensive strategy during the Pioneers’ first official conference season, finishing 11–6 with six all-conference selections.

She previously served as an assistant coach for the Tigers from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Barrow served as a Girls Program Director for Harlem Lacrosse, a national sports-based youth development nonprofit, at Davis Middle School in Compton, California. From 2021 to 2023, she launched and led the program, helping grow participation and competitive opportunities for girls’ lacrosse in the region. In the fall of 2023, she transitioned to Harlem Lacrosse’s Development Office as a Development Associate, where she continues to support national fundraising initiatives and events in a full-time role.

A former Tiger, Barrow was a four-year starter at Occidental and served as team captain during her senior season. She earned First Team All-SCIAC and First Team All-West Region honors twice and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.
