Jean Luc Miralda joins the Occidental College Swimming & Diving program as its dive coach in November 2025.
No stranger to Division III athletics, Miralda was an All-American diver for Hope College in Michigan. While with the Dutch, Miralda reached the NCAA Championships in 2017, placing 13th in the three-meter dive and 17th in the one meter. He was also a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) Champion.
Miralda also serves as the head diving coach at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena. He is a native of Honduras and represented the nation at the 2016 Olympic trials.
