LOS ANGELES — Robin Waymouth and Nicole Castro each scored as the Occidental women's soccer team beat Redlands 2-1 at Jack Kemp Stadium on Wednesday.

Season Impact: The Tigers improve to 6-3-1 overall and 3-3-1 in SCIAC . Oxy sits in fourth place in the conference standings. 

Redlands falls to 2-7-1 and 1-5-1.

After a scoreless first half, Waymouth gave Oxy a 1-0 lead in the 55th minute. Paige Wolny found Castro in the 65th minute.

Bria Bowton scored for the Bulldogs in the 90th minute. 

Next Game: The Tigers are back in action on Saturday against La Verne at 11 a.m. on Oxy's Grass Field.
