LOS ANGELES — The Occidental women's soccer team fell to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 1-0 on Wednesday after Ellen Berkely scored a late goal in the 78th minute.

Berkely finished a pass from Maddie Peterson, breaking a scoreless tie.

The Tigers weren't able to even the score.

Oxy falls to 4-2 overall and 1-2 in the SCIAC.

CMS improves to 4-4 and 2-1.

The Tigers are back in action on Saturday, playing Chapman at Oxy's Grass Field at 11 a.m.
