LOS ANGELES — Occidental and La Verne played to a 0-0 draw after 110 minutes at Lower Soccer Field on Saturday.

Neither team had many shots or shots on goal as both teams played compact defense. The Tigers totaled five shots, with one on the frame, and La Verne had 10 with six needing saves.

Oxy goalkeepers Dallas Gunny and Sydney Tomlinson eached played and made three saves.

The Tigers record goes to 2-1-1 overall and 0-1-1 in SCIAC.

La Verne is now 4-0-1 and 1-0-1.

Oxy is back in action on Wednesday at Redlands at 7 p.m.
