REDLANDS — Adrian Paredes did it again.

The sophomore center midfielder from La Canada scored his second consecutive game-winning goal as the Tigers won at Redlands 1-0 on Wednesday. Paredes found the lower right corner of the net in the 25th minute and Oxy was able to hold on for the rest of the contest.

Paredes headed in a dramatic game-winning goal to beat Lake Forest in overtime on Sunday.

Led by SCIAC Defensive Player of the Week Riley McCabe, the Tigers recorded their fifth shutout in a row.

Season Impact: Oxy improves to 4-1-2 overall and 1-0 in SCIAC.

Redlands falls to 0-4-1.

Next Game: Oxy is back in action on Saturday against defending SCIAC Champion Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
