La Verne, CA — The Tigers picked up another road win on Saturday as they came back from an early 1-0 deficit to win 2-1.

La Verne midfielder Owen Osagiede opened up the scoring just one minute into the game thanks to an assist from forward James Coe. The Tigers quickly fought back and in the 19th minute as midfielder Joey Schwartz found the equalizer with an assist from defender Evan Karp. Oxy struck again just a few minutes before halftime with a goal from midfielder Adrian Paredes. The Tigers would go on to hold this 2-1 lead for the rest of the game. The Tigers offense created many chances throughout the match with nine shots on target to the Leopards four.

Next Game: Oxy will return home on Wednesday night to face Whittier College at 7:00 p.m.
