Los Angeles, CA — The Occidental Women's Water Polo played Villanova University for the second day of the Claremont Convergence Tournament. Koko Butcher (Honolulu, HI) found the back of the net first with help from Kayla Lin (Palo Alto, CA). Then, Abby Anderson (Thousand Oaks, CA) scored two back-to-back goals from the center. Olivia Montgomery (Eugene, OR) scored next with forty seconds left in the second quarter. The Tigers slowed down in the fourth quarter but found their strength towards the end with Ella Dunning (Chicago, IL) firing a shot in the cage. Then with one second left in the game, Butcher threw the ball from over half court and scored, leaving the Tigers off on a high note. On the defense side of things, the Tigers had three steals, Montgomery taking two of them. The Tigers also drew six exclusions. Final Score: 19-6 Villanova. 

Allie Hansen and Stella Byles had four goals each for Villanova.
