Los Angeles, CA — The Occidental Women's Water Polo team went up against CMS for the second time. Jillian Miller (Irvine, CA) was the first to score with a lob shot. Then, in the second quarter, Koko Butcher (Honolulu, HI) scored a nearside bucket with help from Ruby Vogel (San Mateo, CA). Shortly after, Abby Anderson (Thousand Oaks, CA) took a quick shot on a powerplay with the pass coming from Oliva Montgomery (Eugene, OR). Then, Butcher converted a shot on a five-meter attempt, bringing the Tigers closer to CMS. In the fourth quarter, first year Schuyler Simon-Thomas (Berkeley, CA) scored her first collegiate goal on a powerplay, with the assist awarded to Montgomery. Simon-Thomas didn't stop there. With forty-three seconds left in the game, she scored again with a great pass from Kayla Lin (Palo Alto, CA). Defensively, the Tigers shut down the CMS powerplays. The Tigers also drew nine exclusions and had five steals. Final Score: 15-6

Fiona Murphy, Grace Clark, Isabel Del Villar, and Ka'imi Dunklee each had two goals for CMS.
