Redlands, CA — The Occidental Men's Water Polo team played the Air Force Academy on Saturday at the Inland Empire Classic Tournament in Redlands. The game started off strong with the Tigers winning the first quarter 4-0. Christian Guillaume (Ventura, CA) was the first to score for the Tigers on a powerplay. Shortly after, Zane Derrod (San Diego, CA) found the back of the net with help from Max Stone (San Diego, CA). Then, Guillaume scored again with the assist going to Lars Schubert. With forty seconds left in the first quarter, Danny Miller added another goal for the Tigers with help from Schubert again. In the second quarter, Guillaume found his third goal of the game with the assist awarded to Aiden Cawley (Chicago, IL). Then, Stone beat the goalie twice with help from Travis Hughes both times (Corte Madera, CA). Cawley converted a penalty shot in the third quarter and then Z. Derrod found the last goal of the game on a powerplay. On defense, the Tigers had five steals and drew fifteen exclusions, Cawley drawing three of them. Final Score: 15-9 Air Force. 

Jack Richards led the Air Force with four goals.
