Los Angeles, CA — The Occidental Men's Water Polo team played Loyola Marymount University this past weekend for one of their first games of the 2023 season. The Tigers battled it out in the first quarter but didn't score until the second. Travis Hughes (Corte Madera, CA) was the first to score for the Tigers with help from Tate Miller (San Anselmo, CA). In the third quarter, Jake Eulenhoefer added another point for the Tigers on a powerplay with the assist going to Hughes. To finish off the offense for the Tigers, Max Stone (San Diego, CA) beat the goalie in the fourth quarter. On defense, the Tigers drew ten exclusions and had seven steals. Final Score: 15-3 LMU
