Los Angeles, CA—The Tigers battled the MSU Red Hawks in game 3 of their 3 game set at Anderson Field on Sunday afternoon.
Wyatt Zadoorian got the start for Oxy and pitched 3 strong innings allowing only 1 earned run on a home run and striking out 5 Red Hawks. MSU would use a strong starting pitching performance from their starter to ride a lead into the late innings.
The Tigers got on the board in the 8th inning after Jackson Short scored after singling with 2 outs, but the Red Hawks would win the game by a score of 8-1.
Oxy's next game will be against Bethesda University of California on Tuesday, March 12th at 2:00pm at Anderson Field.
