LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Nine Occidental Track & Field student-athletes were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District on Tuesday, June 24 – an esteemed honor that recognizes success in competition and in the classroom.
On the women's side,
Megan Cover,
Elizabeth Hawley,
Jenna LeNay,
Mia Ness and
Delphine Way were selected.
Darius Harvey,
Renn Stearns,
Matthew Vickers and
Harrison Williams represented the men.
To qualify, student-athletes must hold at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA, while placing in the top-50 of an event regionally.

WOMEN
- Megan Cover – 1500m, 9th; 5k, 35th; 800m, 36th
- Elizabeth Hawley – 400m, 2nd; 200m, 12th; 100m, 19th; 4x4, 2nd; 4x1, 16th
- Jenna LeNay – 10k, 3rd; 5k, 22nd; 1500m, 40th
- Mia Ness – 800m, 34th; 1500m, 49th
- Delphine Way – 800m, 17th; 400m, 27th; 4x4, 2nd
MEN
Bold denotes NCAA Championships qualifying mark.
Stearns and LeNay reached the NCAA Championships for the first time – LeNay is a two-time Cross Country Championships participant; 2025 marked her first track appearance.
Hawley, Cover, Williams and Stearns all podiumed at the SCIAC Championships, earning All-SCIAC recognition.
Ness, Cover and LeNay are back in action for the 2025 Occidental Cross Country season, starting in the fall.
