LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Women's Volleyball earned the program's first AVCA Team Academic Award on Monday, July 21.

To qualify, a team's GPA must be 3.3 or higher, with the winners representing the top 20% of teams at their respective levels.

Since the awards inception in 1992, this is the Tigers' first selection. They were one of four SCIAC teams to receive recognition in 2025.

The Tigers open the 2025 season in Santa Cruz on August 30 at the UCSC Tournament.
