SANTA CLARITA, CA – Cross Country competed at the Master's University XC College Invitational in Santa Clarita, CA on Saturday, September. The women placed 7th out of 20 teams and the men placed 8th out of 20.

Jenna LeNay had an impressive performance in the 6k, finishing with the 8th best time in the field of 209 runners with a time of 22:17.50. Jade Weggeman came in with a time of 23:22.30, and Anya Agha (23:27.30), Megan Cover (23:39.80), and Azura Munson (23:53.70) all finished in the top 60 of the event. 

On the men's side, Jack Elfenbaum paced the Tigers, running 24:50.00 in the 8k, good enough for 7th place in a field of 220 runners. Owen Voigt finished with a time of 26:25.80 in the same event and Noe Barraza came in the top 70 with a time of 26:41.30.

Both the men's and women's teams will be set to compete on Saturday, October 4 in Claremont, CA for the Pomona-Pitzer invite.
