LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Nicky Clotfelter was named SCIAC Defensive Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after helping the Tigers to a 3-1 week across two states. 

Clotfelter earned D3Hoops.com All-Tournament Team honors after a 21 ppg and 7.5 rebound per game performance during the Tigers' trip to Las Vegas. He followed that up on January 1, breaking the program's record for most blocks in a single game. Clotfelter stuffed ETBU seven times, the most any Tiger has in a contest. 

On the week he averaged 17 points, 7.8 rebounds and three blocks per game. 

After a loss to Grinnell today, the Tigers return to SCIAC play on Wednesday at Claremont-M-S.
