THOUSAND OAKS — Cora Roberts went 4 for 4 with three RBIs and Bailey Stevens was 2 for 4 with a pair of doubles, but the Occidental softball team lost Game 2 at Cal Lutheran, 12-10 on Saturday.

After falling behind 5-1, Oxy scored a pair of runs in the fourth, three in the fifth and four more in the sixth, going up 10-6. 

The Regals came back with a more impressive rally in the bottom of the sixth, putting up six runs to take control of the game.

Mackensie Priley and Alex Battest each went 2 for 4 with a pair of runs scored and a RBI for Oxy. Natlie Glover was 2 for 4 with a run scored.

Courtney Sooy earned the win for Cal Lu.

Season Impact: The Tigers fall to 10-26 overall and 6-18 in SCIAC play.

Cal Lutheran improves to 13-22 and 7-17.

Next Game: The Tigers return home for their final home games of the season on April 29 against Whittier.
