Los Angeles, CA  —  The Occidental Tigers women's volleyball team put up a great fight against the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs. It was a hard fought match by the Tigers, but the game was lost in three. 

Oxy did not give up easily. The Tigers came out strong in the first set (22-25) and played with heart throughout the whole match ending the last two sets (16-25) and (19-25). We'll get 'em next time Tigers! 

Next Game:  The Tigers welcome back their alumni for a game at 11 a.m. today.
