Los Angeles, CA – Two Occidental track and field student-athletes received All-Region honors for the 2023 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field season.
On the men's side, senior Jacob Torres made the All-Region team in the 400 meter hurdles. In the same event, Torres ended the season with a SCIAC Championship title and finished in 14th at the national championships in Rochester, NY.
On the women's side, first year Jenna LeNay made the All-Region team in the 5000 meters. In just one season with the Tigers, she earned two Top 10 marks with her 17:29.82 time in the 5000 meter that places her in second and 37:26.95 in the 10000 meter which places her in third on the All Time Oxy list.
