LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Jack Schroeder was named SCIAC Defensive Athlete of the Week on Monday, September 8.
 
The Tigers goalkeeper racked up 39 saves on the week, including a 12-save performance in the Tigers' 12-11 win over Biola on Friday, September 5.
 
In his first season as the full-time starter in goal, Schroeder already has three 10-plus save games, including eight against DI No. 12 UC San Diego.
 
The Tigers are back in action this weekend, taking on Concordia Irvine and Cal State Fullerton in Fullerton on Friday, September 12.
