Shane Kawakami-Williams readies for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field National Championship this weekend. Here's everything you need to know about the meet.

Kawakami-Williams will run in heat three of event six, the 60-meter dash. The prelims are set to take place on March 13 at 12:15 ET He follows with event 16, the 200-meter dash prelims later that day at 2:30 ET. Finals for both events would be March 14 (9:10 a.m. ET and 3:25 ET.)

OPPONENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

In the 60, Kawakami-Williams faces Jordan Jones (Pfeiffer), Davian Willems (Wis.-Oshkosh), AJ Wright (Wartburg), Kai Smith (Salisbury) and Charles Boothby (Ohio Northern). His opponents' times range from 6.70-6.77.

In the 200, he'll face Braden Estep (Trine), Maxim Rychkov (TCNJ) and Kai Smith (Salisbury). Smith and Rychkov ran nearly identical qualifying times of 21.18/21.19 respectively. Kawakami-Williams is third in the heat, running 21.40.

To qualify for the finals in the 60, Kawakami-Williams must finish in the top two of his heat or have one of the two fastest times outside of a top two finisher. In the 200, the top eight times qualify for the finals.
