CLAREMONT, Calif. – Track & Field took on the Rossi Relays on Saturday, February 28.

It was a big distance meet for the Tigers with the distance team taking on the 3000-meter run.
Megan Cover led the women's team in 19
th place with a time of 10:24.51 while
Jack Elfenbaum led the men in 20
th place at 8:38.41.

James Buellesbach had the highest-place finish at the meet, finishing in second and beating all SCIAC competition in the 110 hurdles. The sophomore ran the event in 14.46.

Brooke Tompkins' fourth place finish in the 400 hurdles was a SCIAC best. Her time of 1:06.89 was a second and a half off her personal best.

Emma Shiffler had the Tigers best showing in the 100, finishing in 13
th, second out of all SCIAC runners, with a time of 12.51.

Around the field,
Maurice Romanyshyn's 50.44 m javelin throw was the eighth best on the men's side.

The Tigers are back in action at home next weekend at the SCIAC Quad Cup Qualifier.
