WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT PREVIEW

Led by 2025 First Team All-SCIAC selection Rachel Aujero, a team loaded with young talent looks to make strides and finish in the top half of the field at the championships.

The Occidental women, ranked as high as 33rd in the nation this season, a program all-time record, come in with some impressive performances to date. Their best showing came in mid-March, placing second out of seven teams at the Cal Lutheran Invitational. The Tigers bested the No. 27 Regals by a stroke and trailed only Pomona-Pitzer.
Aujero, who finished seventh at last year's championship, placed as high as fourth at a conference event this season. Aujero's top finish came most recently at SCIAC #2 in Beaumont. She finished seventh at SCIAC #1, so she should fully be in the mix to repeat as a first team selection.

Amy Seo turned in a ninth-place finish at SCIAC #2, jumping 26 spots from her first-career SCIAC event. The first year showed glimpses of stardom on the course, scoring as high as second in the fall at the Hollins Cup Invitational.

MEN'S TOURNAMENT PREVIEW

It's a joint effort on the men's side as the squad sported a different top performer at each of the SCIAC matches earlier this season. In the open it was Owen Wolak, turning in a fourth-place finish with a two-under showing at SCIAC #1. Wolak jumped 14 spots in the final round with a tournament-best four-under par showing on day two.

Daniel Rowe led the Tigers at a windy SCIAC #2 in Beaumont. The sophomore, competing in his first year with the Tigers, showed out on multiple occasions, including SCIAC #2, posting a ninth-place finish and tournament-best three-under par round to close day two. Like Wolak, Rowe soared 24 spots up the leaderboard.

Senior Miles Eastman comes in as the Tigers' No. 2. He's been consistent in year four, staying at the top of the Tigers finishers throughout the season.
