PASADENA, Calif. – Women's tennis competed in its final match of the season, falling to Caltech on the road, 6-1.

The Tigers started off the match hot, earning the doubles points, but the No. 28 Beavers rattled off six singles wins to earn the match victory.

The No. 8 regionally ranked duo of
Greta Nagy and
Ellise Jay won in the first doubles slot, 7-5. That squad has been on fire all season, winning 11 of 16 matches played together, including seven of their last eight and nine of their final 11.

Lilia Tanabe and
Macy McClellan won the third doubles match in a tiebreaker, 7-6 (7-3). They closed the season with back-to-back wins over their opponents.

Oxy ended its season 5-13 and 1-6 in SCIAC play.
