LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Greta Nagy was named First Team All-SCIAC on Thursday, April 30.
 
Nagy repeats as a first teamer after receiving SCIAC Newcomer of the Year honors a season ago. The sophomore had a great season going 9-6 in the first singles spot and 11-5 in first doubles with partner Ellise Jay.
 
In the preseason, Nagy and Elina Shalaev wrapped up the fall as one of the nation's best doubles duos. While they didn't compete as a pair in the spring, Nagy and Shalaev peaked as the No.4-ranked duo in the nation, reaching the ITA Cup semifinals, losing in a tiebreaker. The duo can return to play together next fall.
 
Nagy and the Tigers finished the season 5-13 and 1-6 in SCIAC play.
