LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Women's tennis dropped its match with Claremont-M-S on Saturday, April 18, 7-0.

Greta Nagy pushed her opponent, Rebecca Kong to the brink in singles, forcing a tiebreaker set that reached a 16-14 decision in favor of the Athenas' No. 1 player. It was a strong outing for Nagy against the No. 2 player in the nation and top in the region. Nagy is recognized as No. 16 regionally.

Macy McClellan was the only other Tiger to push their singles match to a third set, she fell in the tiebreaker, however, 10-1.

The Tigers close the season on Saturday, April 25 at Caltech at 2 p.m, but not before they host Chapman at 4 p.m. on Friday for senior night.
