San Bernardino, CA — The Occidental baseball team played hard in their game against Cal State San Bernardino on Sunday afternoon but ultimately fell short in a 19-5 game.
The Coyotes were led by their Center Fielder Derek Bogh who had a team leading four hits as well as three RBIs. The Tigers had a strong 5th inning as Center Fielder Christian Boudreau and Left Fielder Antonio Andrade both singled to bring Oxy three runs closer to CSUSB. Oxy Designated Hitter Jonathan Marshall also hit a solo home run in the 7th inning. The Tigers were led by Boudreau and Shortstop Nolan Upchurch with two hits each. Additionally, Boudreau brought in two RBIs for the Tigers.
Next Game: The Tigers will look to bounce back on Monday afternoon when they travel to play La Verne.
