Los Angeles, CA — After losing the first game 7-2, the Tigers bounced back with a 5-4 win over the Redlands Bulldogs on Saturday's doubleheader at home.

In the first game of the day, the Tigers scored both runs in the 6th inning. First Baseman Sancho Llamas hit a double in the 6th which brought in one of those runs. Llamas and Right Fielder Andrew Synder led the team with two hits each. Pitcher Diego Ramirez went eight innings while only allowing three runs.

Oxy won the second game 5-4 thanks to three homers by three different Tigers. With the game tied at 1-1 in the 7th inning, Catcher Jonathan Marshall hit a solo home run to give the Tigers the lead. Left Fielder Antonio Andrade hit a two-run homer later in the 7th to extend the lead. In the 8th inning, Sanch Llamas hit a solo home run which proved to be the game-winning run. Oxy was led by Pitcher Caleb Reyes who pitched a complete game with 12 strikeouts and only four earned runs.

Next Game: Oxy will travel to play Chapman University on Tuesday night.
