Jenna LeNay gear up the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships on Saturday, November 22. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming race.

RACE INFORMATION
Â
Thirty-two teams and 70 individuals, not associated with a participating team, were selected to compete at the Roger Milliken Cross Country course on Saturday. The men's race kicks off the day at 10 a.m. ET, while the women follow an hour later at 11 a.m.

Pomona-Pitzer and Claremont-M-S earned team spots on both the men's and women's side. Five women's teams from the West Region punched their tickets (Trinity, Colorado College, Pomoa, while three from the west on the men's side earned bids. Â

Elfenbaum will compete in the 8k and LeNay in the 6k.

THIRD TIMES THE CHARM
Â
Jenna LeNay makes her third appearance at the NCAA Championships as a senior, this time earning the seventh at-large bid at the West Regional.

LeNay has yet to reach All-American status in her first two appearances on the national stage. Her best performance came in 2023 when LeNay placed 65
th, running the event in 22:12.9. She finished in the top 100 as a senior, just five seconds slower at 22:17.8, finishing in 92
nd.

She comes into the race with three championships under her belt, racing in the 10k at the 2025 NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships back in May.

THE ROOK
Â
Jack Elfenbaum makes his first appearance on the national stage after a breakout season for the men's squad. Elfenbaum picked up the region's second at-large bid, finishing in 13
th at the regional. His impressive performance followed up a fourth-place finish at the SCIAC Championships on November 1.

His personal best in the 8k came earlier this season, running a 24:52 at the Master's Invite back in September. Elfenbaum's been successful all season, finishing in the top five twice, including a third-place finish at the Augustana Interregional. That meet fielded a large portion of the competitors headed to Spartenburg.
