SPOKANE, Wash. – Records were shattered as Track & Field took on the Whitworth Invitational – an indoor meet from February 13-14.
Shane Kawakami-Williams kept it rolling, breaking the SCIAC record in the 60-meter dash. He ran a 6.77, the previous record was 6.88. Kawakami-Williams will likely qualify for the indoor national championships in the 60 and 200 – he's currently tied for ninth and seventh in the nation respectively.
James Buellesbach notched the SCIAC record in the 60-meter hurdles. The sophomore ran a conference-best 8.19 to take second. He's ranked 20
th in the nation in the event.
The women's 4x4 squad ran a 4:03.00, the fastest Division III time at the meet.

Phoebe Ogden,
Amelia Vena and
Delphine Way earned the 52
nd best time in the nation.
The Tigers are back in action this weekend at the NAU Tune UP on February 20 and the Pomona-Pitzer All Comers on February 21.
