LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Men's tennis finished its weekend falling to No. 14 Trinity (Texas), 6-1 on Sunday, February 22.
 
Tate Ransom headlined the day for the Tigers, picking up Oxy's lone point with a singles victory over No. 16 Kishan Kersten. After falling behind with a 7-5 loss in the first set, Ransom bounced back to win the second 6-2, then the tiebreaker 10-5. It was Ransom's second win of the week, the first coming in doubles with Mason Hart on Friday against Brandeis.
 
The Tigers are back in action on Friday and Saturday, February 27-28 at the Pacific Coast Doubles tournament in San Diego.
