LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Women's tennis came away with a clean sweep and its second-straight 7-0 victory, this time beating College of the Canyons on Wednesday, March 25.
 
Greta Nagy salvaged the final point to clinch the 7-0 win, playing to a close three-set match in first singles. She won the tiebreaker 10-6 after a pair of 6-4 sets to force a third.
 
Catelyn Isman, Macy McClellan and Lilia Tanabe each earned 6-0, 6-0 victories in third through fifth singles. Ellise Jay and Rika Ogiwara won second and sixth singles respectively 6-2, 6-0.
 
In doubles, each team won by big margins. The duos of Anderson/Isman and Ogiwara/Tanabe won 6-0, while Nagy and Jay won 6-2.
 
The Tigers are back in action on Friday, March 27, hosting Whittier as SCIAC play resumes.
