Los Angeles, CA – The Women's Tennis Team hosted Pomona-Pitzer early in the week as they begin to wrap up their spring season in the final push to conference finals. The Tigers battled the No. 5 ranked team in the nation in Division III and fought hard in all their matches.  

In the doubles portion of the match, senior-duo Sarah Fleming and Andei Fukushige battled a competitive Sagehen team that featured the 6th ranked player in the nation. They brought their match to a tiebreaker after coming back, ultimately falling 8-7. Entering the singles portion of the match, Sarah Fleming pushed her match to three sets at the number 2 singles, winning her first set 6-4.
